| Orders | Name, billing address, email, telephone if given, the edition bought and order history. Used to supply your order and meet legal and tax obligations. Lawful basis: contract and legal obligation. |

We do not sell your data. Where a provider processes data outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards required by UK data protection law.
Order and payment records are kept for six years for tax and accounting purposes. Enquiries are kept for up to two years. You can close your account at any time.
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, and receive a copy in a portable format. Email us to make a request. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
