Last updated: 3 November 2026

1. About us

This website is operated by Rocket Accounting, 7A Bowring Park Rd, Liverpool L14 3ND, United Kingdom. Email contact@rocketaccounting.uk, telephone +44 151 345 6178.

Rocket Accounting is an independent seller and is not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by Intuit Inc. QuickBooks is a trademark of Intuit Inc.

2. What we sell

We sell QuickBooks Desktop Pro, Premier and Accountant, 2020 UK Edition, each for one user, supplied as digital content by email. Product pages describe each edition, its compatibility and its limitations. QuickBooks Desktop is discontinued in the UK: Intuit ended UK Desktop services and support on 30 June 2023, and the software cannot submit MTD VAT returns.

3. Ordering

  1. Choose an edition and add it to your basket.
  2. Enter your details and check your email address carefully, because delivery is by email.
  3. Place your order and pay. Placing your order means you must pay.

A contract is formed when we send your order confirmation email. That email confirms these terms. You can correct input errors before placing the order.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and shown on each product page and at checkout. Each edition is £80.00. There is no delivery charge. We accept PayPal; payment is taken when you approve it on PayPal. See our Payment Policy.

If a price is clearly wrong, we will contact you before supplying and you may cancel.

5. Delivery

We deliver by email as set out in our Digital Delivery Policy. If we cannot supply your order, we will refund you in full.

6. Licence scope

Each product is for one user. Your use of the software is also subject to the publisher’s end user licence terms that apply to it. Each licence is valid for 12 months and is for one user. It is personal to you and cannot be transferred.

You must not share, resell or publish your licence details.

7. Your rights

Cancellation and refunds are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for digital content that is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.

8. Support

We help with your order, delivery and the instructions we provide, during our support hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm UK time. Closed Saturday and Sunday. We cannot provide publisher support, which Intuit has withdrawn.

9. Our responsibility

If we break these terms we are responsible for foreseeable loss you suffer as a result, up to the price you paid, except where the law does not allow us to limit liability, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. If defective digital content we supply damages a device or other digital content you own, we will repair the damage or compensate you where required by law, provided you followed our instructions. If you are a consumer, we are not responsible for any business losses you suffer.

10. Business customers

If you buy for business purposes, the consumer cancellation rights in these terms do not apply to you, but we will still deal with faulty or misdescribed licences fairly.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

12. Contact and complaints

Please contact us first using the details above. We aim to reply within our support hours.
